• 5. Unique Identity Card of Mother/ Father /Child issued by the Government of India.
• 6. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
• 7. Progress Report.
• 8. Caste Category Certificate (If belonging to OBC/SC/ST).
• 9. Income proof certificate of Parents.
